ARIAN MOBASSER
MANAGING PARTNER
How can we make positive change in a world that often seems determined to stay the same? The first time I confronted this question was as a financial consultant in New York City. To that point, I had done everything I was told to do. I was good at my job. I was earning enough money. I was working alongside the people I’d aspired to be. But, I kept hearing the same message that eventually became impossible to ignore: you should be making a more meaningful impact.
Since then, my life is fully turned toward doing good while helping others do the same. I’ve co-authored more than a dozen peer-reviewed research articles on the neuroscience and psychology of relationships, motivations and goal achievement. I’m a trained practitioner of restorative justice and crisis response in my community. After several years as director of the University of Oregon’s Men’s Resource Center, I founded Found Men, a non-profit that empowers young men and boys to better care for themselves and others.
Visionary allows me to meet people who are truly meant to do something bigger. My favorite part of this work is getting to see them realize those possibilities for themselves.
