our services

Every engagement is built around your mission, your audience, and the change you want to make.

Projects

A project dependent,
short term partnership

Formerly “Visionary Projects.” Are you in need of expertise? Do you want to learn more about a given issue or approach to thinking to strengthen your own vision?

We know how to develop and deliver transformative content on topics and practices that matter – including community-building, conflict resolution, curriculum development, emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships, social justice, and well-being.

Vision Lab

Retained services for
Longer-term initiatives
(4-6 month minimum)

Do you have a vision for positive change and need help bringing it to life? Are you looking to find your voice? Are you feeling lost and not sure of what direction is best? Do you need support moving through a project or process?

In the Vision Lab, we’re your guides. We use listening sessions to start with where you are — your mission, your values, and the change you want to see in the world — and then we take a deep dive into collaborative thinking. We prioritize what you want to achieve and how you want to feel so you can make the most of your vision and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Formerly “the visionary institute.” Includes the institute/retreat, but also courses and workshops. Do you want to dive deeper into your own visionary process? Do you want to be part of a community of purpose-driven thinkers exploring ideas that truly matter?

The Visionary Institute is a weekend workshop for thought leaders and changemakers seeking depth, clarity, and connection in an age of screens, speed, and automation. Through reflective dialogue and immersive community, participants will practice mindful engagement as a form of creative change and renewal — grounded in a shared commitment to doing good in the world.

What we’ll focus on and practice:

  • The Foundations of Visionary Thinking
  • Re-envisioning the Power of Collaboration
  • The Ethics of Choice and Perspective-Taking
  • What does it mean to “do good” — and how do we act on it?
